The Discovery Parks, Tannum Sands holiday park is a simple park with a lovely tropical garden setting.
One of the key benefits to us was that it was dog friendly unlike so many camping parks on Queensland’s northern coast.
It is an ok location however requiring walk to nearby beaches and to shops & the main pub.
The amenities were a bit old and daggy but clean and more than sufficient for our needs.
There was a nice swimming pool and kids play area
