The Both is a 3-bedroom holiday house located about 100 m from the centre of Sandy Point village and 200m from the surf beach.
The house sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, one having a full-size bath.
The property has laundry facilities (washer & dryer), a full-size kitchen, lounge area with TV/DVD, wood fireplace, BBQ and outdoor entertaining area.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge and are allowed in the house.
There is a securely fenced yard ideal for keeping your dog and children safe.
There is on-site free parking however no internet so you will need to BYO wifi.

We only stayed here for a couple of nights and found the place to be comfy plus it was nice to be able to find a place that allows dogs inside & out.
One thing of note (which may have changed) is the house in in a bit of a hollow so the wifi signal was not very good. So if you are going there and need internet access you had better check to see if this has been improved before booking.
