WIND:The southeast tradewinds blow most consistently between the months of April to October, at an average strength of 15 to 30 knots - force 4 to 6 beaufort. This is actually the winter season, where the air temperature is between 20 and 26 degrees centigrade, and the water between 23 and 26 degrees.
