Meliá Salinas is a luxury ADULTS ONLY hotel located right on the beachfront on Las Chucaras.
There are a variety of room types catering for 1 – 3 guests and many rooms have spectacular views across the ocean plus they look out directly over the Windsurfing areas.
Facilities include 2 beautiful pools set in tropical gardens, beach bar, 2 buffet restaurants, fitness centre, sauna, whirlpool and tennis courts.
The hotel has a day spa offering a huge variety of service including massage for an extra cost.
There is free on-site parking and free wifi available.

Can’t fault this place, the service was great from the time you check-in (efficient, friendly & informative) to the time you leave.
The entry area of the building is breathtaking with a tropical garden setting with ponds and running water throughout the common areas. There were also some shops contained within the resort and lovely common areas for sitting around.
The location couldn’t be better, with direct access to the beach, views across the point-break/windsurfing area and an almost private swimming beach with turquoise blue water. It was just a short walk (5 mins) to the windsurfing centres and launching area and there are literally dozens of restaurants and bars within 5 – 15 mins walk.
The rooms were adequate with comfy beds and a good size balcony facing the water and overlooking the pool area.
The buffet breakfast was an absolute highlight with impeccable presentation of an incredible selection of quality food.
We didn’t eat in the restaurants at night but they seemed to have a lovely ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating.
Unfortunately the main pool was closed for maintenance whilst we were there but the second pool was also lovely with nice gardens and a bar service.
We have no trouble at all recommending this property to singles, couple and small groups of adults contemplating a windsurfing holiday in Costa Teguise.
