Quest Kiteboarding Centre, Daini Beach

Quest Kiteboarding is a dedicated kitesurfing centre located on Diani Beach in Kenya.

The centre is located on the tropical lawns of the Diani Sea Lodge opposite Tandoori Bar where you can hang out between sessions on the water.

Kitesurfing Lessons

Quest provide lessons for children through to adults utilising IKO qualified instructors.

With direct access to a spacious lagoon, constant trade winds, warm water and professionally qualified instructors all ensure learning to kitesurf is fast, fun and above all else, safe!

They teach first-timers with introduction & learn to kite courses as well as intermediate courses for those who have grasped the basics and want to take their riding to the next level.

Groups are  usually private with up to 3 persons / instructor.

They also provide 1:1 tuition for advanced kiters by the hour.

Languages spoken include English, French, Russian, Polish, German & more.

All of the necessary gear is included for lessons as well as insurance to cover any damage to gear and public liability.

Kitesurfing Rentals

Quest offer a variety of Cabrinha kitesurfing equipment for rent including twin tips, directional boards for wave sailing and foiling boards.

Packages start by the hour, day and multi-day.

Rental of equipment is only available to users who can produce an IKO card with Level 3 certification or who are able to display up wind riding ability. All equipment rental and usage must occur in front of the kite school.

Insurance is available for cost of any damage to the gear and for public liability for an extra charge.

Safety

Quest have 2 safety observers on the beach at all times and use kayaks & kites to access any sailors in distress.

They also have an emergency contact at the Marine Park services for boat rescue (as public cannot use boats in the marine park).
