Sunset beach is located in the northern suburbs of Geraldton.

This spot is great for those that really love wave sailing.

The wind tends to cross-off-shore and with the right swell the waves are usually over head-height.

The best time to sail this spot is November to May however the swell tends to be smaller from Jan to March.

If you are there to sail as much as you can there is a camping ground right on the waterfront called Sunset Beach Holiday Park.
