Noosa Heads is a mecca for tourists with a superb sub-tropical climate, warm turquoise-blue water and an array of services to cater for all kinds of tourists needs.
There are some great windsurfing, wing foiling & kitesurfing spots in and around Noosa such as the Noosa Rivermouth, Lake Cootharaba and Lake Weyba. There are also plenty of other great spots within an hour’s drive such as Caloundra.
Noosa is a great destination for groups and families who have a kiter or windsurfer in the group and the rest of the group/family aren’t into it.
There are so many other things to do in Noosa including a variety of boating activities, fishing, snorkelling, sightseeing, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, bike riding, hanging out at the beach or hanging around the pool at your accommodation just to mention a few.
For those with a taste for great food Noosa has some world-class restaurants through to cheap-eats catering for virtually every cuisine imaginable.
For party-goers Noosa has plenty of bars; cocktail bars, craft-breweries, lounges, pubs & clubs.
Noosa is a place where windsurfers and kitesurfers can bring their non-sailing friends and not have to worry about everyone having a great time!

Lake Cootharaba Lake Cootharaba is located about 25 mins drive from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and is part of the Noosa River System and is approx 8 km long x 5 km wide.
